Exchanges
Exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We only approve exchanges if you have received the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days at itsthelightcandleco@gmail.com. In your email, please include a picture of the item you received, as well as the invoice received with your order as proof of purchase. Also include a brief explanation for the reason for your return.
Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you. Please double check that your address is correct on the shipping label. If it is incorrect, please contact us to send a new shipping label. Once we have received your item, we will send your replacement within 1-3 business days.
Refunds
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means after receiving your item you have 7 days to request a refund. Only unused, unopened products or damaged products may be refunded with proof of purchase and/or damage.
To request a refund for damaged products please contact us at itsthelightcandleco@gmail.com. In your email please provide picture proof of damaged goods before a refund can be issued.
Unused products should be returned to: 12651 San Pablo Avenue, #5296, Richmond, CA, 94805, United States. Once we receive your item, we will issue the refund.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Order Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase in order to receive a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours. Orders cannot be cancelled once you have received confirmation that your order has been shipped.

Shipping
Each of our candles are handcrafted and while we do store a small inventory of each candle that we sell, many are made-to-order. Therefore, please allow 1-7 business days for order processing.
Shipping rates are calculated based on shipping address, package weight, and carrier. Shipping for orders $75 and over is free!
Most orders will arrive to you within 1-5 business days after processing. However due to global issues currently affecting shipping and freight times, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Therefore, please allow up to two weeks for item delivery. A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been shipped. We use USPS for shipping as it is the most efficient carrier and provides the most affordable protection for your orders. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds due to long shipping times.
